Small Group Training.
Our Small Group Training in Neutral Bay offers the perfect balance: the energy and accountability of group fitness classes, with the tailored programming and coach attention of a personal training session.
Each class is intentionally programmed, capped for quality coaching, and designed to help you build functional strength, increase endurance, and train with purpose—regardless of your fitness level.
Classes run six days a week and are led by expert strength and conditioning coaches who stay focused on your individual goals, ensuring every session supports your long-term fitness progression.
Personal Training.
There’s no substitute for individualised coaching. Our 1:1 Personal Training in Neutral Bay is built around you—your goals, movement patterns, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you’re aiming to build strength, rehabilitate from injury, train for an event, or stay consistent, our expert personal trainers provide the structure, support, and measurable results you need.
Upon request, every member at RIG can receive a complimentary personal training consultation, where we match you with the right coach and design a custom training plan tailored to your progression. This is personalised fitness, done right.
Modern Movement Pilates.
We’re redefining what it means to move well. Modern Movement Pilates in Neutral Bay at RIG blends functional strength training with mobility, flexibility, and core control. Our expert Pilates instructors guide you through intentional flows designed to sculpt lean muscle, improve posture, enhance balance, and build deep core strength.
Our Mat Pilates classes are the ideal complement to your strength and conditioning training—focusing on core stability, body alignment, and injury prevention in a fun, modern format that keeps you moving with purpose.
