Founded by Nik and Gab, RIG was born from a shared passion for purposeful training, expert coaching, and long-term health. With years in the industry, they saw firsthand how many gyms focus on intensity over technique, speed over sustainability, and trends over true progress. They knew there had to be a better way - one that prioritises structured strength training, movement education, and holistic wellness.
RIG is built on the belief that true strength isn’t just about lifting weights - it’s about moving well, training with intention, and building resilience for life. Our expert coaches go beyond instruction to educate members, ensuring they understand the why behind their training. With small group coaching, Pilates, and personalised programs, we focus on movement quality, injury prevention, and progressive strength development, so every session moves members toward sustainable results.
