  • Small Group Training

    Our Small Group Training offers the perfect balance: the energy and accountability of group classes, with the tailored programming and coach attention of a PT session.

    Classes are capped, intentionally programmed, and designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, or just move with more purpose.

    Available six days per week, and are led by world class trainers who remain aware of your individual goals.

  • Personal Training

    There’s no substitute for personal attention. Our 1:1 personal training sessions are built around you - your goals, your movement patterns, and your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to build strength, train for a specific event, or simply stay accountable, our expert coaches deliver structure and measurable results.

    Every RIG member receives a complimentary consultation so we can match you with the right coach and create a plan to grow with you.

  • Modern Movement Pilates

    We’re redefining what it means to move well. Modern Movement Pilates at RIG is where functional strength meets mobility, flexibility, and control. Our expert instructors guide you through purposeful flows that sculpt lean muscle and improve posture, balance, and core strength.

    Our Mat Pilates classes are the perfect accompaniment to our strength and conditioning sessions. Focusing on building core strength and stability in a fun modern style Pilates class.

    Fueling your body is just as important as training it. At RIG, we take a holistic approach to wellness. That’s why every Foundation Member gets a complimentary nutrition consultation by our accredited nutritionist - so we can help you build sustainable habits that support your training, recovery, and overall health.
